Bimetallic thick-walled bearing brass with sliding layer on basis of copper alloys.

Sliding bearings for the working conditions with the hydrodynamic lubrication, suitable for static and dynamic load.

Bimetallic sliding bearings with CuPb

Bimetallic thin-walled bearing shells with CuPb slide layer are designed or hydrodynamic lubrication conditions and are suitable for static and dynamic load. A bimetallic strip with B22 and B30 lining is used for their production.

Bimetallic thin walled bearing shells with AlSn slide layer.

A20 material consists of two metal layers  the steel base is surfaced with the slide lining material AlSn20Cu1.

We are proud to announce MATTEI's latest innovation, the Mattei Absolute Zero (MAZ) Oil-Free Air System. The MAZ System utilizes highly advanced filtration equipment, in conjunction with a Mattei oil-lubricated compressor, to generate oil-free air that meets ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 or ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 1 standards.
With the Mattei Absolute Zero (MAZ) System, companies can achieve oil-free air, without the capital expense and high maintenance costs of oil-free compressors.
